Quote Letter Generator (Java App for Desktop PC)
This App enables a quick method of generating a quote letter by simply clicking options. Users from different departments select their name from a list and options relevant to their requirements are enabled for selection. On completion a letter, in pdf format is generated with their signature ready for attaching to an email or printing for posting.
The App is a single file and needs no installation. It can be run from a user defined folder and letters generated are saved to that folder.
